Dear Sir,
I am forwarding you the e-mail from the housing cooperative, who came today to inspect the work. Thank you so much, and your team too, for this superb work and your professionalism. This net is changing our lives. With my best regards, Séverine XXX (Genève)Dear Ms XXX,
Further to my visit today and in line with our discussion, I would like to congratulate the company that installed it because, indeed, there are no holes and it has been very well installed.
I also confirm my approval of the green net rather than the white one.
These lines will be added to your file.
Have a lovely day. Kind regards.

Hello Ruben,
I am writing to thank you once again for installing the safety nets at our home. We are still just as satisfied with the service: the installation is impeccable and everything is working perfectly.
I would also like to take this opportunity to share some happy news: our little girl cat has had kittens 😊
We currently have one (perhaps two) adoptive families lined up for the end of January/beginning of February, and some people are already interested in securing their flats with nets.
So I am passing on to you now the details of Marie, who would be interested in having a net installed. I strongly encourage her to contact you, and vice versa, to arrange an appointment for a quote at her home (Nyon).
If a second family is confirmed, I will be sure to pass on their details to you a little later as well.
Thank you again for your professionalism and the quality of your work.
Kind regards,
J. (Genève)

Good evening,
Dear Sir,
Just a short e-mail to let you know that I am absolutely delighted with the work that has just been carried out on my long, 13 m terrace. Your 2 gentlemen worked flat out for six and a half hours under a blazing sun. Many congratulations to them!
The work done is of great quality, with perfect finishing. I expected this protection to be "very good", and in the end I was served "excellence". Thanks again for everything, and congratulations on your professionalism. Katia F. (Rolle)Thank you Ruben!
We are really happy, and so are the cats, with these new protections
which are truly changing our lives

Hello,

They did a great job, we are very happy.
Thank you very much and have a good weekend.
Paola PG (St Genis - FR)
Dear Sir,
I can confirm that the net was installed today, and that we are absolutely delighted with the result! The whole thing is utterly discreet, and from now on we will be more at ease when our cat is on the balcony without us actively watching her.
I would also like to praise the professionalism and kindness of your installation team. I also very much appreciated how they took the time to explain the different stages of the installation and how they were going to go about it.
In short, everything is perfect, and I wanted to thank you most warmly! I will not fail to recommend your services if any of our friends and family would also like to install a net of this kind.
Have a good day, and a lovely summer ahead!
Kind regards,
Sonny B. (Sugiez)
Charlie never leaves his little balcony now!
He refuses to leave it so much that he has been caught in the rain a few times over the last few days.
We can warn him and try to get him back inside all we like, nothing works!
Melina H. (Carouge GE)
I chose to have cat protection installed by your company and can only commend your work and therefore that of your workers.
Quality work, efficient and very friendly employees.
I can only recommend your company to anyone wishing to have this kind of installation done!

Hello,
I hope you are well.
Great job on the new nets!
It's absolutely tip-top.
The gentlemen who came are really efficient and kind.
And a great job in the other flat too :-) you would almost think there had never been a net there. (Editor's note: removal of the old installation and restoration of the balcony and windows)
Have a good weekend
Sarah (Genève)
Hello,
Thank you so much for the work done on our terrace (Editor's note: securing a terrace without drilling holes). Our cats are happy.
Best regards
Annick G. (Gland)
Hello,
We are very satisfied with the installation your team carried out on our terrace. Our two cats can now access their outdoor enclosure freely and in complete safety, and they enjoy the terrace at all hours.
The cutting, fitting and assembly of the safety nets and the making of the frame were all done with great care and professionalism, while respecting the aesthetic side. What's more, the nets are discreet and strong, and our cats quickly got the hang of it.
Your team worked tidily and cheerfully, and we could see that the installation had been carefully prepared down to the smallest detail.
In short, it would be hard to do better!!!!
We are sharing a few photos with you.
Best regards.
Hélène, Vincent, Thanos & Tania (FR Viuz-En-Sallaz)
Hello,
A Big Thank You for the excellent work carried out by the whole team, really happy with the result, and Our cat Sushi, although he dreams of the great outdoors, is very satisfied and for now is not looking for any adventure further afield; but if we need the net with cord up to the ceiling, I will get back in touch. Thank you very much and with our warmest regards.
Sushi, Carol & Thierry (St-Cergue - VD)
Hello,
A little over a month after our nets were installed, I wanted to write to you to share some very positive feedback. We are delighted with the nets, which are both discreet and strong and were installed with outstanding professionalism! The care you take over the safety of our feline friends has greatly pleased my partner, myself and our cat!
We are extremely satisfied with the installation; thank you very much for your service!
Have a good day,

Hello,
I simply wanted to thank you for your excellent work.
We are very happy with the end result and that our cats are safe thanks to you!
Have an excellent evening,
Maïté I. (Genève)
First of all, I would like to thank you for the work carried out, as well as for the professionalism and kindness of your staff. The installation last Thursday went very well. The cats are discovering their new space. One is calm (resilient, perhaps), the other is finding this transition harder. Indeed, for 5 years they roamed free in the forest, and now they find themselves in a flat. The more daring one quickly understood that freedom lay behind the net and is trying with his paws to lift the net fixed to the ground. I hope the installation is solid and that he will eventually give up on the idea. ../.. I will of course send you photos once the cats have calmed down and adapted to their new environment. Regards Mme M-L. A. (Vetroz)
Hello,
Hello,
Just to tell you that we are very happy with the work on the balcony, and so is Rasmus.
Kind regards,
T. (Genève)
Good evening,
I wanted to thank you and your team, who did a magnificent job. Have a lovely evening. Best regards, Céline G. (Perly, Genève) - Janvier 2023Dear Ruben,
I hope this e-mail finds you well.
You installed a "catio" on our terrace at the beginning of July. We believe that our cat, Cleoprata, is one of the happiest cats on earth since she has been able to breathe the fresh air and keep an eye on the neighbourhood.
The reason we are contacting you is actually to find out whether you know of any professional "pet-sitters" in the Geneva area. We assume you are well connected with the feline network in the area (a network that can be trusted), and so we trust your advice on this matter.
Thank you in advance.
Regards,
P. et A. Lancy (Genève)
Hello,
Just a short e-mail to thank you for this superb installation of the safety net. We find that the work matches our expectations, as per our discussion when you came to visit.

Dear Sir,
I am speaking on behalf of my daughter to give you some feedback on the installation of the nets (after all, I was the one who was there during the installation!). We are completely happy with the work carried out, especially for the terrace, which was more complex … Your two workers were perfect:- - competent, everything was also well prepared!
- - work well as a pair
- - calm, polite, thoughtful, quick, work tidily = a good job!
- - Excellent value for money! Because from 8:45 am to 3 pm non-stop, with quality materials, made to measure for 2 windows + a terrace with a return and a join between the 2 nets, superbly executed !
Françoise P. pour Valentine P. (Plan-les-Ouates)

As promised, here is a little photo of Macchiato, happy to be enjoying the fresh air of the last few days.

Hello!
Here are our 2 kittens: Solal, a black male aged 4 1/2 months, and Saelle, a tabby female aged 6 1/2 months. We can see how strong your nets are, because the little one climbs up to go and meet the cat on the balcony above!
Have a good Sunday.

About our online shop for buying protective frames for windows and French windows:
Dear Sir,
Belatedly, I am letting you know that your window and French-window protections have arrived safely.- Delivery: top, the delivery man even carried the parcel up to the 2nd floor… (Editor's note: Thanks to our delivery partner)
- Packaging: perfect.
- Fitting: an acquaintance of mine (a good DIYer) fixed the frames on his own, apparently without any problem and quickly.
- His comment: very good equipment!
- My comment: good quality, practical and easy to use.

A short message to thank you for sending our order so quickly. For the past 2 days we have been able to enjoy having our picture window open in complete safety with our indoor cat :).

They are still too small to make the most of it, but that will come.
Thank you!

Hello,
Here is some news about our installation: we really worked up a sweat drilling into the wall, but otherwise the net was very easy to install and it holds really well!
As you can see, Havana already spends a lot of time there, to our great delight. We felt guilty about not having a balcony for her, but now we have found a solution!
We thank you for your work, but also for your friendliness and availability.
Best regards,
Jennifer, Jordan et Havana :)

Here is the pasha, safe on his balcony as you can see; everything is perfect!

Hello Ruben,
And here it is, with and without the net :), it's really brilliant, we can do the gardening like this.
For the new project, we will go for the hooks with the tensioned cable and the nylon net.
Thank you very much,
Have a good weekend!
Magali
Good evening,
I am sending you a few photos of our cat Léopold. It will be really difficult to take good photos of him because he is still afraid of going out on the balcony. I will try again and send them to you afterwards.
The work has been done perfectly; the net is almost invisible. We are very happy.
Thank you very much!
Have an excellent evening.
Kind regards,
Anna (Genève)

As I wasn't there yesterday, I still wanted to give you some feedback on the installation.
I am really pleasantly surprised by the quality of the work. I am very satisfied and will not hesitate to recommend your services to the people around me.
Wishing you an excellent day.
Yves R. (Carouge)
Hello,
we just wanted to give you some feedback on your installation.
It is still impeccable; the cats have not run away once and do not attack the mesh.
It even withstood last Friday's tornado, which was intense in our neighbourhood (Editor's note: night of 13 to 14 August 2020).
One of the neighbouring buildings lost its roof and a considerable amount of insulation fell on us.
But it held firm!
We wanted to thank you for the quality of your work.
We (humans and cats) are making the most of our little garden
It protects the sparrows from our cats, and our cats from the crows
One of them has its eye on our little ginger girl.
Thanks again and have a lovely day

Dear Sir,
Following the various net installations for the safety of my little cat and for my peace of mind, I thank you so much for your availability, your professionalism, not to mention your presence of mind, which allowed us to communicate promptly, intelligently… with heart and joy. Thank you also for suggesting that I secure the top of the staircase myself, thereby, thanks to your goodwill, putting off an order that had been placed. In any case, your work was perfect. Yes, yes, perfection exists! Perhaps backed by our feline friends…
All the very best.

Customer testimonial / French-window net
Hello,
I wanted to thank you for the net installed in September; everything is going perfectly, it was easy to install, my cats accepted it straight away, and I am very happy with it because it is very useful and very reassuring!
Purr-sonal regards!
Laurent S. (Viry - France)
Dear Ruben,
Three months after the installation, I am extremely happy, and my cat, too. Many thanks for the great work you did,
All my visitors said the net looked perfect, not at all like a cage; and that even the great storm that hit Geneva didn’t move or damage it.
I put some lights on it and they look great
Ljiljana S. (Geneva)
Hello,
Product received.
Top, quickly installed, quickly up and running.
I didn't know your products.
Now I do. Really happy.
Thank you

Dear Sir,
Just to tell you that all is well, everything is installed, and everything is spot on!
Thank you very much!!! It's top!
Laetitia P. (Lausanne)
I wanted to thank you again for your work; unfortunately I don't have any video to send you for the moment, because my cats haven't made up their minds to explore the balcony or climb on the net, or else they must do it when I'm not there. I wanted to know whether you would be available at the end of the year to close in the balcony of my bedroom? That way I could enjoy my balcony too. I am spreading the word about you and showing the photos to prove that your work is brilliant; at the same time, could you possibly send me some more leaflets so that I can hand them out around me?
While awaiting your reply, I send you once again all my thanks for coming to secure my balcony.
Guylaine L. (Annecy)
Hello.
2 orders received and installed straight away, to the great delight of the cats and their owners. With the temperatures of the last few weeks, we can enjoy open windows and it's a pleasure. Thank you for taking the time to call to check whether the measurements were right.
Happy to have discovered your website and what you offer in terms of cat safety, because the devices sold in shops have never convinced me.
Thank you.
Laurent P. (Grandson)
Hello,
let me introduce myself: Angel Of Joy ?but Angel to my friends, because Joy is something I share every day with everyone I meet ?
Introductions made, here is... why I am coming to you, my cat friends... quite simply to pass on a very important message ?: -ask your owners to secure your balconies and windows, it's top?: we can lean out, walk along the edge of the window and all that without falling, in complete safety ? It's pure happiness. Sometimes I even forget there's a net, it's so discreet; so it's up to you to do what's needed with your faithful owners?. Me, I was lucky ? I didn't even have to negotiate because before I arrived at the home of the one who loves me more than anything <<it's true that I'm irresistible ?>>, she had already done what was needed ❤️❤️
Licks to you all, and get to work!!!!
P.S. Let's stay on the same NET-work ?let's keep in touch!
*Angel* (Onex)

If you want to protect your cats with balcony netting, there are three ways to do it - yourself, amateur help, or professional help. You get what you pay for. My wife and I tried it ourselves and didn't like the appearance of the netting we bought not did we think it was strong enough. Amateur handyman we spoke to basically can just install the netting you buy yourself in a store. Protection Cat does it right - they assess your needs based on the layout of your balconies and your preferences, come with all supplies and nets, and do it themselves. We are very happy with the nets they installed on two balconies for us - one large and one small. We can now leave our doors to the balconies open without worrying about the cats. The Protection Chat team was prompt, responsive, and there were no issues at all. We were very happy with their performance and recommend them without reservation to others.

No sooner installed than adopted! What a pleasure for them to enjoy the sun and some lazing about (on the 5th floor) in complete safety!... And for us to be able to relax and finally have some air! :-)
The "window frame" solution, which I warmly recommend!
Best regards

Thanks to Protection Chat we had a very cool house during the summer heat wave, without having to worry about our explorer Zip having any accidents. Ruben and his team are extremely professional, honest and kind. It was a very worthwhile investment for us (and Zip), and we are glad to support a local company that really loves what they do and their clients. Thank you Protection Chat!

Hello,
A few lines to let you know that the window frames are perfect!
Installed without any problem, really quickly.
I will send you some photos soon.
Best regards.
M. R. (Yverdon)
Great installation by a very professional and friendly team. The nets perfectly secure the areas to be covered (open terrace and window), and the installation has been thought through so as to leave no gaps and not be defeated by feline antics. I had been told that the green nets would be almost invisible, but even so, I didn't spot them at first glance after the installation! Our cat is delighted to be able to enjoy the outdoors, and we are reassured that he can't fall. I recommend them!

Hello,
Thank you very much for installing the cat safety net.
I am really very happy with it, and so is my cat; he has already started making himself at home. This way I can finally enjoy my balcony without having to keep a constant eye on my cat so that he doesn't fall off the balcony. It is really very reassuring.
With my best regards.

Dear Sir,

The excellence of ProtectionChat's work has taken away our fears about our cat being alone on the balcony and something happening, as we live on the 5th floor.
We can have breakfast together as a family without worrying about anything. Neige is discovering and enjoying sunbathing in the open air. Thanks again to Mr Ruben, who was very quick and attentive in proposing the best solution to us.
The photo of our Neige says it all; all she's missing is a smile, but you can guess it's there.
Stéphane M. (Genève, Servette)

Hello,
I really must write to ask you a question... it's all very well having installed a superb cat net, but do you have a technique for getting the cat back inside????.
All this to tell you that Fripouille still loves it just as much and that, with the fine weather on its way, I am really struggling to get her back indoors.
For a laugh, I am sending you a video of what happens when I open the French window... (you will immediately understand my despair at getting her to turn back...)
Kind regards
Angéline + Fripouille
Hello,
A short message to thank you for installing the net on my balcony and my bedroom window …. I am delighted and finally at peace about my cat, who can at last enjoy the balcony in safety!!!
Many thanks for the quality of your work, your kindness and your reliability! You were able to meet my request in every little detail; thanks to you my cat will be able to enjoy the summer! One incredible thing: it's the first time a company has done work at my home without my having to worry about checking on the progress of the work and the cleanliness of my home. For future work, I know I can entrust you with the key to my home without any worry, which is never possible when a company comes in!
A thousand thanks again; thanks to your work you have given me back my freedom… thank you for loving your work and cats: the result is proof of it!
See you very soon
Kind regards
Ariane (Perly)

Here is a short message to thank you again for the work done today for my little Fripouille. We already tested the balcony this evening (hard to get the little one back in afterwards ??). I also put her on the railing to see her reaction, and she went all round the balcony along the railing. So I can confirm the net holds well and Fripouille is happy.

Thank you so much again.

Hello,
A huge Thank youuu for your professionalism; the work you have done is magnificent, and the people around me are full of compliments for you. Now we can all enjoy our balcony and it's a real pleasure.
Once again an enormous thank you for the careful work and your great kindness.
I will strongly recommend you.

Careful, professional work
An immense thank you for your professional, careful, clean, quality work, but also for your kindness. Now I can watch my little one play in total safety thanks to your large net, which lets through only the sun's rays, a few little insects and the raindrops (you finished the installation a few minutes before a big storm). The result is magnificent; the green net is almost invisible from outside (you only notice it if you know there is one).
Monique P. (Lutry)
Thank you for your excellent work securing my terrace; thanks to you, my two kittens can once again romp about and climb on the walls and the balustrade without any worries. It's a great relief for me and for them! Two of my friends have just visited and admired the installation of this pretty, transparent and practically invisible net. Well done and thanks again; I can only recommend your company to anyone who calls on your services! With my best regards!
B. G. (Plan-les-Ouates)
Hello,
We can finally lounge in the sun on our lovely balcony; we no longer risk falling while doing acrobatics on the railing, or going to visit the neighbours.
Many thanks for the quality of your work, and to your team too.

Hello,
Following the installation of your safety net on our 8th-floor balcony, it seems that our cat Pistache is showing an excess of confidence…
Thank you again for this installation, which puts our minds at rest and allows our little felines to enjoy the outdoors day and night while living in a flat.
Kind regards.
Caroline et Dominique J.
Hello,
At last we can leave the house without having to check that the balconies are closed, we can sleep with the windows wide open during heatwaves and be at ease without always keeping an eye on Maïko for fear that he might fall AGAIN (his last fall left him with a broken leg... and we nearly lost him...).
Excellent work, even though the nets were not simple to install given the structure of the balconies; you had to show real ingenuity! No feeling at all of being shut in, and we can still lean over to look down.
Thanks again for your collaboration and your friendliness; we wish you a lovely summer.
Best regards .
Famille C.C. (Grand-Pré)
Thank you, I can admire the view.

Hello
Like & Jaime - and I too :-)! - are delighted to enjoy one more room in complete safety ?? a terrace where all 3 of us now spend a lot of time together, still enjoying a very beautiful view. The green net does indeed blend in very well with the surroundings and has already proved its strength; the 2 little ones have tested it!
Not to mention the frames fitted on 2 windows, so the flat is well aired and the little rascals can enjoy what's going on outside there too!
Your advice was spot on, and your work very clean and done in record time.
Here are a few photos that speak louder than words!
Hello,
Kamosé and Oueset played the role of inspectors of the finished work and are very happy to be able to go out without being afraid of falling from the 8th floor! ? And we are so relieved not to have cardiac arrests any more as soon as they go near the balcony!
Thank you for everything,
Cynthia P. (1203 Charmilles)
Mr M. and I would like to thank you for installing the net on our balcony; she is beginning to get a taste for it and enjoys walking around without danger. Thanks again for your kindness and a job well done.
Michelle R. (1203 Genève)
Hello,
The sliding net with aluminium frame that you installed on my kitchen window is perfect: excellent-quality materials and impeccable installation. I can slide it without any problem to open and close my shutters, and it provides complete safety for my cats in the closed position. What's more, it is the same style and colour as the fixed net you fitted on my balcony. So thanks to you, my 2 cats are completely free to watch the outdoors and get some fresh air without any risk of falling, throughout the flat. A big thank you from the 3 of us!
Best regards!
Christiane CVH (St-Jean)
Hello,
For more than 7 months now, my little Wictoria (Devon Rex) has been able to walk around in complete peace on the edge of my balcony. She is free to stalk the birds and little insects with her eyes. I chose the transparent net because I am surrounded by buildings, and the net is absolutely invisible, so much so that my neighbours opposite came to warn me that they were afraid my little one would fall off the balcony, surprised to find that a net was protecting her.
Thank you for the work done, very professional and friendly. I appreciated the time you took to give me the best advice.
With my thanks and those of the cats.
Milena S. (Renens)
Dear Sir,
I would like to congratulate you on your excellent work installing the net on my balcony.
A truly perfect result, and first-class safety for my two cats, who will thus be able to fully enjoy their days on the balcony without any risk of falling.
What's more, your green net is practically unnoticeable; it is very discreet.
Your love of cats has given you a gift, and all cat lovers thank you for it!
Once again, all my congratulations!
Christiane CVH (St-Jean)
Hello,
Thank you for installing the net on the balcony to protect little "Bella". Your work was carried out with great care and experience. You can see that you love cats. I can now leave my little Bella alone on the balcony without fear of a fatal accident. Thanks again for your kindness, your expertise and your availability. All the best and kind regards.

Famille R. (Grand-Lancy)
Many thanks for your installation; it's TOP, without feeling "shut in" on our balcony…
Fabienne P. (Délices)
Thanks to you, our cat is as happy as can be to be able to live his little life outdoors as well as indoors .
An enormous thank you for your work: a discreet net that doesn't stop us enjoying the view.
I waited a little before letting you know how satisfied we are; after 5 months I can say that your installation is perfect. There is even another advantage to having this net fitted: even if our little girl slips out onto the balcony, she won't be at risk of falling.
We are recommending you to the people we know.
With our best regards,
G & J-D D. (Plainpalais, Ecole de Médecine)
I was afraid I would find myself in a cage, but you can hardly see the net. Thank you.
Rachelle L. (Terrassière)

I was able to admire your work. It's top.
The kittens arrived last night and haven't gone out yet.
With your installation, even though I will remain vigilant, i feel secure.

The net in St-Cergue is perfect. The green looks very good. Thanks again for working on the day of the Jeûne genevois. Kind regards; I will not forget to recommend you, I am very happy.
Dear Sir,
I would like to tell you how pleased we are with your work in Gland on our two balconies.
Perfect, careful, impeccable work.
This morning, Jupiter the cat leapt like mad to catch a butterfly. His claws got caught in the net, he was left looking rather silly, let go and came back down to the balcony floor. Phew! Thank youMichèle W. (Gland)
Well, thanks again for the installation on Friday, it's spot on!
The result is top; she can finally go out on the balcony without my having to watch her constantly to stop her climbing on the little railing, and I can leave the door open to air the flat without any problem :-)
Frédéric G. (Genève - Bord de l'Arve)
Wow! it's brilliant - you can hardly see it.
Anne-Marie V.H. (Genève - Augustins)
